After watching nearly 5o0 women transform their lives through a process of photography called the Ladygroove Experience I can say with confidence that loving your body & yourself is a choice. A collection of the most powerful choices of your life. I believe its the very reason we came to Planet Earth. No one can do it for you. No one can take it away. I find this process of embodying love goes faster when done through play & in community. Church Ladygroove is an immersion of experiences to move out of the thinking head & into the feeling body. What if God is really just another name for loving the parts of ourselves we were taught to shame? And what if the exploration of our JOY (& maybe a little holy mischief) is actually the WAY to love. The Ladygroove Experience is an evocative creative play between the human body and unusual props (past examples include burning candles, zip ties, cake, a live chicken, and even a loaf of Wonder bread). Create a Pinterest board and juicy playlist, collaborate with Allie prior to the session on a live zoom call, allow your body to be honored and photographed for the badass you know you are!
We believe liberation is a big deal but it doesn’t have to be so much work. The Ladygroove Experience incorporates movement, delicious music and nude play (to your comfort level) with props. This experience is for those who are ready to explore their freedom in the body through play and pleasure. We are changing the world together one session at a time.

Hi, I’m Allie I had a life changing experience with Jesus at 17. Was an abstinence educator at 23. A missionary at 26. I began a deconstruction of faith 12 years ago after realizing how stuck I felt from the repression/oppression of women & our bodies. Since then I've developed a cosmology that embodies the inclusion of women's power, our intelligent bodies & Erotic nature. Our bodies are holy, unrepeatable galaxies. Our connection to nature & to one another are worship. Honoring our beauty is a divine responsibility & catalyst for peace. I believe Church is a community with shared group experiences (body blessings, forest bathing, dance church & more) that empowers ourselves & each other. This is not a religious structure. We aren't interested in restriction or control. There is no behavior management. Any woman is welcome. Shame as a motivator, is not. We are here to honor, celebrate & love you exactly as you are. literal warts & all.LET ME BE YOUR GUIDE TO FINDING THE WAY OF PEACE. WITH & THROUGH THE BODY.

In fact I believe Nicole Daedone says it best “True Beauty is not symmetry of facial features but a congruency between the keeper’s soul, heart & the expression of the physical. It is not a burden for her to present this beauty nor a shallow grabbing for attention, as Erotic beauty must be carved to the depths. It is her responsibility.” What if you came to believe that all of you (your beauty & your “mess”) is healing the world? And what if Church was the place we came to worship, revere & honor ourselves in this very moment. not the past version. not the future version.
